TERMS OF SERVICE

i. GENERAL TERMS

  • Prices are on USD.

  • Write in a clear and concise manner, if I am unable to understand you I will not respond.

  • Visual references for characters are preferred, but describing designs through text is allowed. However I reserve the right artistic freedom is this is the case.

  • Any ill behavior will not be tolerated and runs the chance of your commission being cancelled with a chance of no refund.

  • There is an option to be wait-listed, you will be notified of any open slots one day before they open officially.

ii. PAYMENT

  • You can settle the commission 100% upfront or split it 50% upfront and 50% before delivering the finished artwork.

  • If asked, commissioner can secure a commission slot for the future using a down payment.

  • In the cases of commissions that cost more than 200 USD the option of installment payments can be discussed, however your commission will not be completed until the amount is paid in full.

  • Payment must be completed exclusively through Paypal, an invoice for the amount will be sent if your commission is accepted.

III. PROCESS

  • Photos of a completed sketch will be sent to the commissioner for approval, any other updates will have to be requested.

  • At times I will need clarification about an aspect of your commission. I will then contact you and send pictures to better explain, however I try to get all questions I have answered during our first correspondence.

IV. DEADLINES

  • I make the commissions in order of order. So if there's one ahead of yours, it will be done first.

  • The turn-around time for a normal commission will be around 10 - 30 working day.

  • Deadlines can be set by the commissioner. However it will incur extra payment that works on a sliding scale based on urgency.

  • The delivery period will begin once payment is approved.

V. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICY

  • I, the artist, claim all rights over the artwork and any usage of the pieces without credit will result in a permanent blacklist.

  • The rights of the artwork to be used publicly can be purchased by the commissioner, this option can be discussed with me.

  • If the commissioner wishes the artwork will not be posted, however it must be specified.
